Thank you for helping

The church greatly appreciated the work we did raking the leaves around the property. Thank you to the 8 families that helped.  There will be another leaf raking weekend after Thanksgiving once the leaves have all fallen.

The pack painted 50 awesome pumkpins which were donated to the Hunterdon Medical Center and the Independance Manor of Flemington.  25 patients will recieve a pumkpin to decorate their hospital room and the other 25 pumpkins will decorate the dining hall and common areas of the nursing home.  Both groups really appreciated the donation and sincerely thanked the boys for their great work.

8,600 Pounds of Corn

Posted on Aug 31 2016 - 11:01pm

Scouts from Pack 182 joined several other Packs from the surrounding area at America's Grow-a-Row farm last week to help harvest corn.  8,600 pounds of corn was collected in just 2 hours!  All the food was donated to local food banks and goes directly to families right here in our state.

This wraps up our summer program.

Congraturations to the 18 scouts who earned the Summertime Activity Award, which will be presented at the first pack meeting in September.

As of now the weather looks to be awesome for next weekend!  Look at the attachment to get more details, but this is fun for the whole family.  We camp in a big field at Teetertown Nature Preserve in Lebanon, about 25 minutes away.   Plan on arriving between 2:30 and 3:00 on Saturday to accomodate various sports and leave by 9am on Sunday or stay to fish.  Included are dinner and breakfast, smores by the campfire, crafts and activities, hiking, skits, fishing and so much more.
